Ackerman Engineering, Inc. is currently involved in the electrical, lighting, and fire alarm design associated with the proposed renovation of Treat Hall and Foote Hall on the Johnson & Wales University Campus in Denver, Colorado.

Treat Hall is a 54,000 square feet, historic four story building, located in the center of campus and will serve as the Student Center, with an auditorium and stage, a cafe, classrooms, as well as the campus hospitality offices, support and administrative spaces.

Foote Hall is a 37,000 square feet, three story building, currently used for many of the student services that will be moving to Treat Hall as well as the campus Book Store and Sage Lounge. Foote will be converted back into a student dormitory facility leaving the Book Store and Sage Lounge in their current spaces.
